Account Executive
We are seeking an outstanding Sales Executive to help us build out our Sales function. You will spearhead and own, end to end, prospecting, contracting, and onboarding of new customers onto Meld. You will have a broad understanding of the fintech ecosystem, be it fiat, crypto, or both!. You enjoy working with and selling to product and engineering teams. You are comfortable identifying customer needs and understanding how Meld can address those needs (sometimes we won’t, and it’s OK to walk away!). You are a powerful storyteller: you will connect our products with our customers’ needs and goals.
You are comfortable dealing with lots of moving pieces, are detail-oriented, and are eager to learn how to enhance our customer’s experience. You can work independently, but are a collaborative team player who knows how to share knowledge, when to teach, and when to learn. You will
- Be strategic: you’ll work with the founders to identify target customer profiles, create messaging, and develop a POV on the best path to grow Meld’s customer base.
- Execute: create and execute a sales plan that expands customer base and extends market reach.

- Metrics-oriented: Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to the sales pipeline.

You have
- A consistent track record of overachievement!
- 6+ years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in fintech and/or crypto.
- Possesses a deep understanding of tools and processes in sales and post-sales lifecycle.
- Technical acumen, i.e. ability to understand our products and their value
- Exceptional written, negotiation and verbal communication skills
- Have led and mentored junior team members in previous roles
- Have worked as an SDR/BDR and grown into an AE role.

Job Description
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline support for product-related inquiries, particularly those involving APIs and integrations. You will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues related to API usage and integration.

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Tester with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing environments and be comfortable with basic scripting languages, particularly Python. A Computer Science degree is a plus but not a requirement. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of our products by identifying, documenting, and helping resolve any issues before and after release.
You will

- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through their lifecycle.
